Our Pilates Classes
Our Mat Pilates Classes range from Beginner level to Advanced. On the mat, we explore the fundamentals of the Pilates practice- the foundational principles such as Breath, Flow, Centre and so on. Offering you a deeper tuning in to your body awareness, we emphasize the importance of mind-body connection as we move through practice.
Our Yoga Classes
Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin- you choose your style of Yoga and we tailor a class beautifully to suit your needs.
Yoga is not about flexibility- it is about coming into Union with your Self, opening up to door to the inner realm of peace.
1:1 | Group Sessions
Lower back pain, core-strengthening, overall health- you tell us your focus, and we create a class to perfectly address this need. Whatever level- Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced- we approach class at your pace.
